        Whether you're trying to build muscle and bulk-up, or slim-down and tone-up  I have the perfect program for you! I will increase the benefits of exercise through a multi-disciplinary approach. My STYLE Fitness program offers the following:

Fitness Assessment
        An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. The fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results!
The Fitness Assessment measures:                                                   

  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Physical endurance
  • Muscle strength  
  • Lean Body Mass
  • Body fat

My STYLE Fitness Camps
       
The fitness camp is a great way to achieve quick results in a short amount of time. Motivation, energy, and accountability is at its highest with this program! You will be using a combination of cardio, free-weights, and resistance/body weight exercises one hour a day, three days a week.   

Strength Training

           You will be guided through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. Your workouts will never be repetitive nor boring. You will achieve maximum results by combining weights, cardio, and nutrition plan!

Nutritional Coaching
          Together, we will develop a plan for healthy eating. The correct vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health will also be chosen. You will have close guideance through the process and help to jump over any hurdles along the way.

Tracking Results
          An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This is not effective without proper ongoing assessments, and the tailoring of your workouts/nutrition programs so that you are provided with the proper tools to achieve your goals!

Ongoing Training and Support
          You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come! The moment you join the My STYLE Fitness team, you're a member for life!
